there are running on remote control and lack the live presence of a

I would agree. And not to mention, this kind of help and support
transcends BBS packages and is not just limited to Mystic sysops. For instance, there is a WINServer discord server out there that I am on
that has at least 10-15 WINServer sysops online ready to help at any one
time.
