• Netrunner: Feature Request

I'd love it if Netrunner could detect URLs and allow a user to click and
launch a browser. I've grown accustom to clicking my mouse button whenever there's an "any key to continue" prompt. I also use my mouse wheel to scroll through lightbar menus too. I'm not sure if you guys tried that but it's awesome. :D The new features in the latest Netrunner Pre-Alpha are great. Can't wait for it to become a full alpha version.

I would like to add a request (if it's possible), to toggle iCE colors on/off without disconnecting from a board. Not sure if it's possible or not, but it would be helpful to be able to notice something isn't displaying right, maybe in an ansi viewer, or if an owner happens to have a few pieces of iCE Color enabled artwork, you could turn it on, but if you maybe jump into an app or a game that doesn't support it, but instead uses flashing, you can turn it back off.

Not an enormous deal, but would be helpful if it's both possible and easy to say, add it to the font menu or something as another option.

Just adding this in since it came up in our conversation when Smooth was talking bout his url idea in MRC ;)

Perhaps I'll get some traction here. I've been using NR nearly exclusively since SSH was added (thanks g00r00!). There are just a few more things that I'd
love to see - some features, some bug fixes:

    Features:
    - In addition to perhaps just detecting standard schema:// for links, add support for "VTX" style "hotspots". What this does is allow URL's out of any text (ie: it does not need the schema:// prefix). See the following URL: https://github.com/codewar65/VTX_ClientServer/blob/master/vtx.txt#L360

    - *Please* add support for ESC-driven baud emulation. Yes, I realize doing it at the server can be better (support any client) but that only works with newer
software. Adding support to NR as well allows people with older software in which they can't modify to also emulate baud by simply prefixing ANSI files with the sequence.

    - Minor: I'd like to see a slightly smarter sort in the phonebook: At least, ignore case so things like fLUPH and First don't confuse the system.

    Bugs:
    - ONLY when connecting over SSH, NR reports the wrong terminal size
    - ONLY when connecting over SSH, NR reports "xterm" instead of "ansi", yet still wants CP437.

Hopefully the above info can make it's way to g00r00. Keep up the good work!

Also an option to just right click will auto-paste! One that can be enabled
or disabled and use the legacy way of pasting stuffs too. =P

Is possible, as Syncterm does this with a code being sent to the software. I enable it by default to all users who call my system and are using Syncterm. You do not get a say if it is unless you are using NR. =P
