  • Mozilla Thunderbird (Newsgroup Reader)

    I've turned my NNTP Server on again on Ink Two and use Mozilla
    Thunderbird to connect. Are any of you using Mozilla Thunderbird?
    Posting new messages work great. I find it a bit more convenient to
    post messages this way as to not take up a node on the BBS. However,
    when I want to respond with a reply I have been finding problems in
    posting as I get errors. It's looking for an email?? Or is there
    another way that I can set my Thunderbird up that I'm doing wrong?

    I tried Thunderbird too, but had some issues with messages being out of sync with the actual headers, so I switched to Claws Mail (Ubuntu). Much cleaner interface, and it works a treat, plus I love how it is plain text only so
    it's super light weight and super quick, and super not bloated lol.
