I am trying to use netrunner on a debian system, Antix 23, which is
based on Debian BookWorm. I installed the sdl2 libraries, but when i try
to run it, it spits out a video initialization error. Does Netrunner
need another dependency?

I think if you 'ldd ./netrunner' you'll see the library name it's looking for. I seem to recall having to symlink /lib/libsdl.so.whatever.whatever to /lib/libsdl.so.1 or something along those lines. Should be a pretty easy fix for a smart guy like you ;)
