    Tried Aged Havarti Cheese for the first time yesterday.
    It's like a beefed up cheddar. Really rich.. I dig it!

    Havarti is a yellow cheese but not a cheddar. Cheddar has a sharper taste to it IMHO. I love me a good Havarti. Them Danish know how make good cheese. :D

    Man, you're speaking my language. Aldi sells quite a fine smoked ghouda that has pretty much become my favorite cheese.
